1Use suitable products
There are skincare products that are formulated specifically for sensitive skin. Avoid products that contain artificial fragrance and preservatives, plus strong colour cosmetics which can irritate the skin. Generally, organic products which are free from chemicals, petrolatum and alcohol are less likely to irritate the skin.
2Avoid sun and windy weather
The sun and harsh wind can have damaging effects such as sunburn and cracking on sensitive skin.

3Watch what you eat
Some foods are more likely to cause allergic reactions than others. Common allergens include milk, dairy products, peanuts, marinated & acidic foods and strong-flavoured foods (too salty, greasy or sweet).
